Season Record: 26-23-3

Last week was a very average week. A week that keeps my head above water. Doesn't hurt the record too much. Certainly doesn't help it either. What does the future hold for Week 14? The end of the season? A lot left to take place in this NFL season! Bill Belichick has always noted the real season doesn't start until after Thanksgiving. We shall see about that! Jaguars (+1.5) @ Browns

Trevor Lawrence has been dealing with a high-ankle sprain, but according to Ian Rappoport, Lawrence feels better than expected and is set to go. In that case +1.5 is a slam dunk. I know Cleveland has a solid defense. (1st in total defense and 9th in scoring defense) I still think, from an overall talent perspective, Jacksonville has the advantage. A lot of this does hinge on Lawrence playing though. Jags need this game. Some teams on their tail in the AFC South (believe it or not). Jags to win and cover.

Texans (-3.0) @ Jets

Going against the home dogs has somewhat become a trend for me. It is the Jets though. New York football is a disaster. Zach Wilson back at it as the starter. It's ugly. Disgusting. Gross. Whatever adjective or adjectives you want to use to describe something that makes you want to throw up. That is the state of the Jets. All that is going to outplay C.J. Stroud? Absolutely not. Hammer the Texans.

Chiefs (-1.5) vs Bills

The Chiefs are at Arrowhead off a loss. That right there is enough for me to lock this one in. As disjointed as their offense and team as a whole has a looked this is still the defending Super Bowl Champs. This is still an Andy Reid team. Still a Pat Mahomes team. As much as I think Josh Allen can compete in this one I really like the Chiefs to win and cover. The Bills need it more on paper, but you know the Chiefs are dying for a win. It's going to be a duel. It's going to be entertaining. I do believe the Chiefs defense will force Allen into trouble and ultimately a loss though. I like the Chiefs here. Lock them in.
