I guess I can call this past week a bounce back week. I needed it. That Bears hail mary could've really changed the trajectory of this week. I had the Bears +2.5 by game time paralyed for my locks. God, that was a killer. Mooney couldn't hang on though so this is where we stand.

This portion of the NFL season is so difficult to predict. Coaching changes. Who's in? Who's out? Who's healthy? Who's hurt? Who's been naughty? Who's been nice? It's Christamas! What a lineup for the holiday season! Time to gift you some wins! Week 16 NFL Picks coming at ya!

Dolphins (-1.5) vs Cowboys

If you haven't seen the leader Mike McDanile is on the in-season Hard Knocks, you're missing out!

McDaniel vs McCarthy. I don't just like McDanile in this matchup. I love him! He's going to coach circles around Mike McCarthy in this one! I know there's a lot of noise about the Dolphins inability to beat opponents with winning records. It comes to an end here though. Their response against the Jets was admirable. The loss they were coming off was crushing. I don't believe the Cowboys have that in them. This one should be entertaining. It may be uglier than anticipated though. I don't see this as the game of the year everyone thinks it will be. I do think the Dolphins will cover however. Fins. Lock it!

Jets (-3.0) vs Commanders

Aaron Rodgers has made great strides in recovery from his Achilles Tear, but it's best he's been shutdown.

Oh boy. What could have been with this Jets team. Trevor Siemian will be quarterbacking the Jets this week. The movable object (Commanders' last ranked defense) is met by the stoppable force (The Jets' last ranked offense). In such a disgusting battle I'll roll with the better defense. That's the New York Jets. Their pass rush should continue to wreak havoc on Sam Howell. (The most sacked QB in football) The Jets have the 16th ranked pass rush in the league. The 3rd ranked run win rate unit as well. The saying is defense wins championships. This certainly isn't a championship, but it will cover the 3 points. Lock it.

Falcons (-3.0) vs Colts

Heinicke is back at the helm of the sinking ship that is the Atlanta Falcons.

It's another QB change in the ATL. Heinicke takes over again while Atlanta is somehow still in the playoff hunt. I have no idea how the Falcons are favored here. I know Indianapolis is dealing with some injuries. Minshew has been electric though. This all sounds like reasons to take Indy though doesn't it. I can't though. This seems like a trap. Indy is 5-2 ATS on the road this year. They need this for the playoffs. It's too much of a slam dunk. I have to fade.
